Es wird ein befristeter Mietvertrag aufgesetzt mit Möglichkeit, den Vertrag danach zu übernehmen.

Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person, die sorgsam mit dem Apartment umgeht. Bei Interesse oder Fragen einfach melden. Ich freue mich.

LAGE:
Direkt neben Tempelhofer Feld, der Schillerkiez ist um die Ecke, schnelle Anbindung nach Neukölln, Kreuzberg oder der Innenstadt.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi etc.) sowie Cafés sind fußläufig.

Das iLive Tempelhof bietet sehr gute Anbindung über die S-, U-Bahn und Buslinien.

The apartment is 24 square meters, fully furnished, and ready to move into immediately. It has its own kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a quiet atmosphere.

A landlord’s confirmation (required for registration at the Citizens’ Office, in Gernan: Anmeldung ) can be provided without any issues.

A fixed-term lease agreement will be drawn, with the option to convert the agreement to a permanent lease thereafter.
