We offer a very nice and sunny apartment at the top of the hill in Zurich Witikon, District 7 area. Far enough from the city noise but close enough to be there in 20 minutes. It’s located inside a 3 family house recently renovated. We have experience hosting relocating families or people doing their sabbatical year. Rent is one year minimum, all services are included: Gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, etc.
The apartment has a modern kitchen fully equipped including an induction stove and a bathroom with a Geberit bidet plus a jacuzzi-type bathtub for your enjoyment. There are two balconies, one looking forward to the lake and the other at the back of the kitchen. We have king beds(180x200cm) in all rooms. The living room has a smart TV, also a dining table for 6 persons. In summer you will also have access to the garden, including the pergola and grill.
The bus stop that leads from and to the main station (Zurich HB) is 250m away but if you prefer driving we have a parking and EV charger. Supermarkets(ALDI, Denner & Migros) and a pharmacy are 280m away in a shopping mall and if you like jogging or nature, the forest with a river is at the end of the street.
If you have kids the Langmatt public school is 500 meters away. The Inter-Community School Zürich is at 15 minutes driving. Nearby in the woods there is a playground, a sport centre and a tennis club. If you like golf, the Zürich Golf & Country Club is also a 15 minutes drive. The hospital is a 10-minute drive.
