Die Dresdenerstr ist als Sackgasse ruhig u bietet schöne Lokale: die Klinke, das ORA, georgische Küche, den legendären Würgeengel, das Kino Babylon u das fsk Kino in der Nähe.

Sie ist nahe dem schönen Landwehrkanal und dem netten entspannten Gräfekiez gelegen. Wer den Kotti meiden will, steigt am Oranienplatz oder Moritzplatz ein. Ich wohne dort schon über 10 Jahre u habe mich immer sicher gefühlt.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist freundlich, die Wohnung ruhig im HH gelegen.
Aber natürlich gibt es Gebrauchtspuren.
