Zwei Bushaltestellen liegen ebenfalls praktisch vor dem Haus. Da die Wohnung gegen die Rückseite der Weiten Gasse ausgerichtet ist, ist es verhältnismässig ruhig.

Die Küche verfügt über eine Geschirrspülmachine und der Wäscheraum befindet sich gleich vor der Wohnungstüre. Ein Parkplatz wäre für 150.- ebenfalls verfügbar
