If you enjoy chatting or just spending quiet time together—and also value having space to be alone—we might be a good fit. # Lage The apartment has a total of 103 m², a generous portion of which is designed as a common area. The open-concept kitchen-living room, complete with a dining area and a cozy sofa nook, is the perfect place to relax, whether you’re alone or with others. We also have the luxury of a separate bathroom and toilet. Your future room is approximately 15 m² (living space plus a private balcony). It offers you a lovely retreat with extra outdoor space surrounded by greenery. The apartment is located right in the heart of Stuttgart-Mitte. The nearest U-Bahn station is just a 1–2 minute walk away and has the 5, 6, 7, and 12 lines going through it, providing excellent public transportation access. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach Schlossplatz/Königstraße, Marienplatz, Rathaus, or the beautiful viewing platform at the Teehaus. Shopping options are also conveniently located just 10–15 minutes away. Right outside the front door is a small park—my personal highlight, as it brings a piece of nature right to your future balcony. ✨ # WG-Leben We are: Matthew (26): I’m originally from the U.S. and have been living in Germany for two years. I have a lot of interests (maybe a few too many), ranging from game development to acting to mathematics to education systems to communal organizing... I’m busy with a new job, but I’m always up for a good conversation, hanging out, walking through the city together, or checking out the tea house. I also help run a local writing meetup! (Thorben, 30): When I’m not working, I either enjoy being on the tennis court or trying out new recipes in the kitchen or tweaking existing pizza recipes (yes, they really do get a lot of praise ).
