Hello everyone!
I am subletting my cozy studio apartment (entire place) for a long weekend in September. Perfect for Oktoberfest visitors! Maximum 1 person or a couple can stay in the apartment.
Dates & Rent:
Check-in: September 18th(morning)
Check-out: September 22nd(morning)
Total rent for the duration: €500
Security deposit: €500 (The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after a smooth check-out).
A small request from side - please treat my place with care and respect. In case of any significant damage or loss of keys, I'll have to forfeit your security deposit.
Currently, if you're not in Munich, I am happy to schedule a video call to give you a tour of the apartment.
Location & Connections:
The apartment has fantastic public transport connections:
Bus stop: Only a 2-minute walk away.
Train station: Reachable in about 10 minutes on foot.
Oktoberfest: You can reach the Oktoberfest grounds in under 20 minutes using public transportation!
Shopping: Several supermarkets are in close proximity and within easy walking distance.
Amenities:The apartment generally has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
A fast and reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi) is, of course, available.
Important note about the sofa:
The sofa seen in the pictures might be sold before check-in. Therefore, there may not be a sofa in the apartment during your stay.
