I'm going traveling for a while and I'm looking for a reliable person to look after my apartment during that time — and enjoy it while they're at it.
Timeframe: Approx. 1–2 months, flexible between mid-September and end of October. We can figure out exact start and end dates together.
75 sqm, 2 rooms in the converted attic of a Berlin old-building (Altbau), with a rooftop terrace and city views, right in the middle of Kreuzberg/Neukölln close to Maybachufer.
Who I'm looking for:
A reliable, tidy, planty lover, who likes not to party at home, well plenty of places are around to enjoy nice drinks & foods :)

The neighborhood:
According to Time Out magazine, internationally known as one of the coolest streets and scene neighborhoods in the world.
Here, between Kreuzberg & Neukölln, where in front of your door cultural diversity meets typical Berlin alongside create the new urban international zeitgeist:
culinary variety, openness, mediterranean flair with various daily farmers' markets and flea markets, classic old-school Berlin pubs, legendary döner stands next to award-winning bars and restaurants, small boutiques, secondhand shops, the best croissant in the city, and many cozy cafés for a prosecco breakfast by the water.
Tempelhofer Feld and Görlitzer Park are within walking distance.
The Apartment:
A 75qm apartment above the rooftops in the heart of Berlin.
The 2-room apartment is located in the converted attic of a typical Berlin old-building (Altbau) and, despite its trendy location, is very quiet and green.
The rooftop terrace faces Reuterpark and offers a sweeping view over the city as the sun shines on the horizon in front of you.
Up here above the rooftops of Berlin, you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast at sunrise without any neighbors looking at your plate. The view offers big-city flair with Berlin's high-rises — the current tallest building in the city is right in front of the terrace, and you can also clearly see Amazon, Zalando, and others.
The apartment itself is a quiet, sun-flooded green oasis in the middle of Berlin — friendly, urban, and modern thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, a large open kitchen, and sloped attic ceilings.
The sunny living room is designed to be modern and cozy, with a variety of seating options, a soft sofa, lots of plants, and a view of the rooftop terrace with a terrace sofa, hanging chair, and dining area.
There's also a separate work area, also with a large floor-to-ceiling window through which you can look out at the green terrace and high-rises like Amazon, Zalando, and Mercedes while you work.
The spacious, bright bedroom has cozy sloped ceilings, a queen-size bed with a very comfortable mattress from a specialist, and is equipped with a projector (Wi-Fi enabled, Prime included, connected to the usual streaming services you can log into).
The bathroom is likewise bright and cozy, with a window and sloped ceiling, equipped with a bathtub with shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is modern and very spacious, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and juicer.
Location/public transport:
The apartment is super centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from U7 & U8 Hermannplatz or U-Schönleinstraße: direct connections to Alexanderplatz (5 stops), Potsdamer Platz, and districts like Mitte, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Schöneberg, Tempelhof, and West Berlin.
