Auf Wunsch kann es auch basic möbliert übergeben werden. Konditionen: - 850 € Warmmiete monatlich, all inclusive - Kaution: 1.200 € - Einzug ab 1. November 2026 - Mindestmietdauer: 6 Monate, gerne auch langfristig Zur Wohnung: - 2. Stock - ruhige Hinterhoflage - Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank vorhanden zusätzlicher Stauraum im Keller - ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur U6 Rehberge - ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Volkspark Rehberge Zur Wohnsituation: Ich werde mein eigenes Zimmer in der Wohnung behalten. Da ich beruflich bedingt normalerweise nur etwa 10–12 Tage im Monat in Berlin bin, hättest Du die Wohnung die meiste Zeit praktisch für Dich. Ich suche jemanden, die ihren eigenen Alltag gut organisiert hat und ein ruhiges, entspanntes Zuhause schätzt. Zum Beispiel eine Berufstätige, PhD-Studentin oder Masterstudentin. Ich bin offen für unterschiedliche Hintergründe und Altersgruppen; wichtig ist mir vor allem eine respektvolle, unkomplizierte und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohnerin. Ich suche keine klassische Studenten- oder Party-WG. Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich. I’m looking for a female/FLiNTA flatmate for a spacious 24 m² room in my 67 m² Altbau apartment in Wedding, available from 1 November 2026. The room is unfurnished, but I can provide some basic furniture if needed. It’s on the 2nd floor and faces a quiet courtyard, so the apartment is generally very peaceful. €850/month all inclusive €1,200 deposit Minimum stay: 6 months, preferably longer term. The U6 Rehberge and Volkspark Rehberge are both about a 3-minute walk away. There’s a washing machine, fridge and additional storage space in the basement. About the WG: I’ll keep my own room in the apartment, but because of work I’m usually only in Berlin for around 10–12 days per month. So most of the time, you’ll basically have the apartment to yourself. I’m looking for someone who is settled in their own routine and enjoys a calm, relaxed home — for example, a working professional, PhD student or Master’s student.
