## Description

Large furnished room available in a spacious shared apartment at Weidstrasse in Rotkreuz, from the beginning of October (exact date flexible).
I am moving out of Switzerland after finding a new job, so I am looking for someone to take over my room.
The apartment is located on the **3rd and top floor**, with a rather unique feature: the **elevator opens directly into the apartment**.
It is a **business shared flat**, meaning that everyone is independent and has their own schedule and lifestyle. It is a great option if you enjoy having flatmates around while still having your own space and privacy.
The apartment includes:

* Large **20 m² private bedroom**
* Fully furnished room with **bed, lamp, wardrobe and KALLAX storage unit/display shelving**
* Fully equipped shared kitchen
* **3 bathrooms shared between 5 people**
* Weekly professional cleaning of the common areas
* Wi-Fi included
* All utilities/charges included
* Fully furnished apartment

**Rent: CHF 1,290/month, all included.**
The landlady is looking for someone who is **employed, has a good credit history and is a good fit for the shared apartment**.
Available from **early October 2026**, with the exact move-in date to be discussed.
