Dein Zimmer ist das größte im Haus und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse :) Durch die drei großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell und bekommt den ganzen Tag über viel Tageslicht. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss. Du hast eine eigene Etage für dich und somit viel Privatsphäre aber auch genug Gesellschaft durch die WG Aktivitäten.

Die Möbel, die aktuell im Zimmer stehen (Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl), würde ich gerne gegen eine Möbelübernahme übergeben, da werden wir uns bestimmt einig.
Können schon ab sofort einziehen! ;)

Lage:
Unsere Doppelhaushälfte (mit Garten und 3 Balkonen) liegt in Haidenhof-Nord.
Mit dem Bus sind es 4min zum ZOB, 10min zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt (Penny) und Dönerstand.
Zum Bahnhof sind es 15min zu Fuß.

WG-Leben:
Wir sind wie eine kleine WG-Familie und hängen gerne so oft es geht miteinander ab. Egal ob zusammen kochen, Spiele- oder Filmeabend, Tagesausflüge, gemeinsames Adventsessen (WG-Tradition^^) oder einfach nur quatschen; jemand hat immer ein offenes Ohr oder geht mir dir spontan irgendwohin. So sind schon echte Freundschaften in diesem Haus entstanden und alte WG-Mitbewohnis kommen ab und zu noch vorbei.

Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, ist das jedoch immer möglich und wird respektiert :)

Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan und teilen einige basic Lebensmittel, wie z.b. Gewürze, Mehl, etc. (Haben eine tolle App, die das alles + den Putzplan kalkuliert).
Wir sind eine internationale WG, in der zwei Mitbewohner Englisch sprechen.

Offene und ehrliche Kommunikation ist uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig!

Your room is the largest in the house and has its own private terrace :) Thanks to the three large windows, the room is very bright and gets plenty of natural daylight throughout the day. The room is located on the first floor. You basically have a whole floor to yourself, giving you lots of privacy while still having plenty of company through the shared-flat (WG) activities.

I’d like to hand over the furniture currently in the room (bed, desk, and chair) in exchange for a payment for the furniture, and I’m sure we can come to an agreement on that.
