Since my apartment is a little too big for me to live in on my own, I’m looking for YOU to share my cozy, furnished room with 10 m², plus 9 m² of shared hallway/bathroom space with additional storage. :)
The room is located on the quiet east side of the apartment, overlooking the garden. The morning sun shines in beautifully, and through the large windows you have a lovely view of the greenery and the sky. Fast fiber-optic internet and a TV connection are included. The room can be locked separately and is already furnished. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own furniture and personal belongings as well. We can simply figure out together what works best. Since I do not smoke, you have to be a non-smoker please.
Our hallway offers additional storage space for clothes, shoes, and anything else that doesn’t necessarily need to be kept in your room. You’ll also have half of the basement storage unit entirely to yourself. The washing machine and dryer are located there as well. The bathroom has just been renovated and is shared between us. One important thing: the room comes with an underground parking space for €80/month. If you don’t need it, you’re welcome to rent it out to someone else. Ideally, I’m looking for a shared apartment where you’re happy to bump into each other, have a laugh together, and, when it feels right, spontaneously do something together from time to time. At the same time, of course, everyone has their own space and can just do their own thing.
The room is particularly well suited for commuters, people who spend their weekends elsewhere, someone looking for a second residence, or someone who travels a lot anyway. If you live in Munich permanently and the setup works for you, you’re of course just as welcome. Small meals or hot drinks can be prepared in your room, for example with a kettle. Unfortunately, the fitted kitchen is structurally located within my sleeping area, so I’m unable to rent it out for regular shared use. Depending on how we get along and how our living situation develops, there may be the occasional opportunity to use it by arrangement.
Location: The apartment is located near Ostbahnhof and has excellent public transport connections: 2 bus stops to Ostbahnhof, U-Bahn approximately 3 minutes away by bike, Tram 21 approximately 5 minutes away on foot, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann, Netto, REWE and dm all nearby
About me: Hey, I’m Lalita, 31 years old and I work in the field of product design. I enjoy being out and about, I’m pretty easy-going, and I believe home should be a place where you enjoy coming back to, not somewhere where you need to schedule a meeting in the WG calendar just to have a conversation. :)
Costs: Base rent is €605; Additional: €120 advance payment for heating, water and hot water, as well as a share of waste disposal, building cleaning, communal electricity, property tax and building insurance. Electricity: €40, Parking space: €80, Fiber-optic internet and the broadcasting fee (Rundfunkbeitrag) will simply be split between the two of us.
