I am subletting my beautiful spacious room from beginning of November until end of March in our beautiful 3-persons apartment in Steglitz while I am away in Peru. End date can be a bit flexible as it could be that I prolongue my stay, but won't know it until February probably :) It has a living room, a balcony, a kitchen, an office / yoga room / therapy room, a bathroom and the 3 main sleeping rooms. My room and the balcony overlook the park behind the building, is incredibly quiet and is filled with sun on sunny days (the photos are from January 2025 ☀️). Kaution: €200 It has a bus top at a 3min walk, a Nahkauf 2 blocks away, and 13min walk to the S/U-bahn Rathaus Steglitz. Also some beautiful parks, a mini lake and the Teltow Kanal a short walk away, great for jogging. I’m a family constellator and somatic experiencing therapist, and you would be living with my two roommates. One works in an editorial company (36) and is also a singer and songwriter :) the other one (27) is finishing her master thesis and works around gut health. Both of them are into yoga, somatics, queer community and art. There is a piano and an ukulele at home if you like to play! In general, we have a community like living scene at home and for this reason it is very important to me to welcome in my room someone that can be a good fit. We cherish order, clean spaces, connection, presence, relational awareness, private silent time, conscious communication and healthy boundaries, fun, art, talking about somatics, books, deep conversations and also just enjoying playfulness and lightness.
