Über dieses Inserat
I’m looking for someone to stay in my lovely and very clean studio apartment while I’m away from 25th June until 20th July. The apartment is located in a quiet garden area, so you won’t hear any road noise and can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.
The studio includes:
* A comfortable bed and living area
* Dining area
* Private bathroom with shower and washing machine
* Fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge
* Half of the wardrobe for your belongings
The location is very convenient: the S-Bahn station is only a 2-minute walk away, and the bus stop is right outside the building.
Rent is €750 for the entire period with €250 deposit. Perfect for someone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-connected place to stay in Berlin.
Feel free to message me if you’re interested or would like more details!
