I will be abroad for 1 year and I will be subletting my fully furnished 2-room apartment in Zurich Altstetten from November 23rd 2026 to November 30th 2027 (exact start and end date flexible). The apartment includes a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen (with oven and microwave), a bedroom with home office desk and a spacious wardrobe, a balcony (east-oriented) and a bathroom (with bathtub). The rent includes electricity, internet, use of the furniture (TV, HO screens, etc. see pictures for reference) and Serafe fee. The apartment is available for rent from around November 23rd 2026 in principle for one year, but this can be discussed (extension may be possible for some months). I'm renting the apartment to people who: \- care about keeping the apartment clean \- are reliable and will take good care of the furniture \- are non-smokers! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but still only 5 minutes walking distance from Zurich Altstetten train station, so you will be in Zurich main station in less than 15 minutes. Several supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Denner, etc.) as well as restaurants, cafes, etc. are within walking distance, as well as the Lindenplatz Tram 2 stop.
