Kleines Haus, 3,5 Zimmer auf 3 Etagen mit steilen Treppen. Das Häuschen ist schon älter, aber in gutem Zustand. Der Boden ist an manche Stellen schief und die Wände nicht ganz gerade. Ein Häuschen mit Charme, bitte nur melden, wenn das ok ist. Gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Es gibt zwei Stellplätze vor dem Haus, man kann alternativ auch einen Sitzplatz anlegen. Hinter dem Haus ist ein kleiner Hinterhof. Die Bilder sind vor dem Erstbezug nach Sanierung 2019. Ich bitte um Verständnis, dass ich ein paar Tage brauche um zu antworten. Das Häuschen ist noch bewohnt, würde nach einem telefonischen Kontakt Besichtigungstermine ausmachen.
