Hello lovely people, we have an empty room 13 м² to sublet in Kreuzberg (Görlitzer Bahnhof) * AVAILABLE from 1. November FOR SIX MONTHS (with possibility of extension to be defined) * anmeldung is unfortunately not possible * the price is 592 € per month all included The room comes unfurnished, but we are keen eventually to spare some of the things that are already in the house About us: * we are Toni and Manny (both around 30 y.o.), looking for a third person to join in our WG. We care a lot about keeping a nice atmosphere in the house, sharing spaces, time and even goods together. Cleaning is a mandatory (as we probably have pretty high standarts for Berlin average :D ) Smoking is allowed in certain areas. Its not a party WG, but music is also to be considered as a feature of the house. Ideally we would define a 2 months trial period to get to know each others and make sure, that the co-living works smoothly Someone interested? Send us a message with some info about you :)
