I am renting out one furnished room in a 3.5-room apartment on the 5th floor for min. 6 months or longer (max.1year). The rest of the apartment is fully equipped, as shown in the pictures, and is available for shared use. The location is excellent—directly near the Sihlcity shopping center and Bahnhof Enge. Please note that the room faces the main street with tram lines. You will be sharing the apartment with me (m), gay, Asian, and born in Switzerland. I wouldn’t say I have a "cleaning obsession," but I am tidy and keep things clean. I work in finance and spend most of my time working from home. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on my road bike, at the gym, or relaxing with a movie. My one vice is smoking, though I strictly keep it to the balcony. I’m generally a quiet person, but I’m always up for the occasional shared meal, cooking together, or a movie night. If you have a similar vibe and this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
