Die Wohnung verfügt über:

* eine schöne, helle und gemütliche Atmosphäre
* eine tolle Lage an einer Fahrradstraße
* 1.250 € Warmmiete im Monat

Ich suche im Gegenzug eine kleinere Wohnung für eine Person, idealerweise in einem der folgenden Viertel:

Katharinenviertel
Wüste
Westerberg
Weststadt
Kalkhügel

Meine maximale Vorstellung liegt bei 800 € all inclusive / warm im Monat.
