* Public transport: Schutzenmattpark & Tram 8 - 3 mins walk, Tram 1, Bus 48, etc. - 7 mins walk, SBB - 20 mins walk or 10 mins public transport

The rent is 920 all incl. (water, heating, electricity, internet).

The earliest move in date is 01.10.2026, otherwise by agreement.
