Hey there,
I hope you doing great!
This is a room to rent for short stays (35 euro a night) or for the momth of october (680 euris in total).
I am a film director from Berlin. With 2 friends of mine I just moved to a beautiful 190sqm apt. in the heart of area Tempelhof. We rent out a comfortable tiny but super beautiful 12 sqm room which we just fully renovated. You can rent it as a couple too.
You will live with Ali (34 years old, male) a musician and Tutku (30 years old, female) from Turky who is a nerd, ah no a programmer. We all are very flexible people with flexible lifes.
It’s the 4th floor (no elevator) so the apartment has a beautiful view, on both sides are bright windows and there is so much space to enjoy. You can work in the living room, or have a bath or shower in one of the two bathrooms or have a coffee in the sun in one of the three balconies :)
In addition I offer you a bike for free.
Looking forward to have you!
Anne
