The apartment is located in the heart of Spandau's Old Town, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets. EDEKA, Rossmann and other everyday shopping options are less than 100 metres away.

Public transport connections are excellent. Altstadt Spandau U-Bahn station and Rathaus Spandau are both less than a 5-minute walk away, providing easy connections to the rest of Berlin.
