In den Büroraum hatte ich mit Einzug vor 4 Jahren eine Trennwand mit Glasfenster einsetzen lassen, sodass sich zwei Räume á 16 qm ergeben. Das gibt mehr Flexibilität in der Nutzung. Die Hausverwaltung kümmert sich sehr ordentlich um das Haus. Etage wurde vor meinem Einzug saniert. Teeküche ist direkt an das Büro angrenzend, Toilette auf der Etage. Parkplätze gibt es reichlich durch OBI und Mediamarkt auf dem Gelände. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, aber benötigte mehr Fläche. Mietzins bleibt laut Vermieter ungefähr gleich, wäre noch zu klären. In der genannten Miete sind die Betriebskosten schon enthalten.
