The apartment features two balconies, beautiful wooden floors, windows in every room and plenty of natural light. The spacious living and dining area and charming traditional character give the apartment a very special feel.

The location is very central and exceptionally well connected: Zurich University and University Hospital are nearby, and Zurich HB can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes on foot. Around Seilbahn Rigiblick, about a 5-minute walk away, you will find Migros, Coop, a post office, pharmacy and other shops.
