I am renting out my beautiful 3.5-room apartment from the middle of November until mid-January. I am flexible with the exact dates and rates, so shorter stays or slightly different dates may also be possible.
The apartment is located on the top floor in a very quiet area and feels like a little paradise full of light and plants.
Price: From CHF 1,400 per month, all included (trust me, its really cheap once you see the apartment youll be living in ;)). The final price depends on the exact dates and length of stay.
The apartment offers:
\- 80m² of living space
\- Two large balconies
\- Stunning views over the city of Basel from one balcony and over the French countryside from the other
\- Beautiful sunrise and sunset views
\- Lots of natural light all day
\- A calm and peaceful atmosphere
\- Many plants and a cozy, relaxing feeling
\- Cleaning robot!!!
\- Fully furnished
The photos are a bit old, the apartment actually looks much nicer now, as Ive done a lot of work on it ;).
If you would like more information or additional pictures, feel free to contact me.
If youre interested, please send me a detailed description of yourself. Im looking for someone with a wonderful personality whom I can trust with my apartment!
Cheers :)
