Hello everyone,

We are offering a very nice, bright, furnished 25m2 room (plus conservatory) in a shared flat in a central location in Lehel (Unsöldstraße). The Lehel underground station is a 5-minute walk away, and the English Garden is directly opposite. The city centre and the university are a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away. The location is therefore ideal.
It is a quiet house. No party flat share.
The room is initially available until the end of January.
Cost: 990,- Euro including utilities.
The flatmate is a very nice au pair from Italy.
Best regards,
Leonie
