Two rooms in a spacious Altbau flat near Südstern, Kreuzberg We're offering two rooms in our large, characterful Altbau flat in Kreuzberg — high ceilings, big rooms, lots of light, partially furnished. There's a generous kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub, and the flat is very well located, right by Südstern with Tempelhofer Feld around the corner. Two rooms are available and we're looking for two new flatmates to join us: A window room of about 26 m² — €780/month, all inclusive (electricity and internet included). A so-called Berliner Zimmer — a spacious corner room with around 30 m² of living space, plus its own wardrobe/hallway area (~6 m²) and a private bathroom with a shower (~4 m²), roughly 40 m² in total. It sits on the quieter side of the flat, separated by a wall, and with its own bathroom it feels almost like a small studio — €860/month, all inclusive. A little about us: Jini is originally from Lisbon — she holds master's degrees in philosophy and curatorial practice, teaches yoga and meditation internationally, and works across writing, art, and somatic practice. Ivan is originally from Zürich — he previously led a national energy-efficiency programme at the Swiss Federal Office of Energy and studied international relations and European economics. Together, we recently won an ideas competition to build a community sauna on Tempelhofer Feld — which is what brought us to Berlin. We'd love to share the flat with people who are mature and opinionated, and who bring life experience into the home.
