Die WG ist sehr entspannt, es gibt alles was man zum Leben benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Bars, Restaurants, Uni, Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Parks, Parkplätze und Starßenbahnhaltestelle.

Zu Fuß ist man schnell in den umliegenden Stadtteilen und kann das gesamte Kulturelle Angebot dort genießen.

Hin und wieder gemeinsam kochen bis hin zu kulturellen angeboten steht alles offen sowie bietet die Wohnung aber auch Ihre Rückzugsorte zum Ausruhen an.

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Küche und Wohnzimmer dürfen mit genutzt.

The shared apartment is very laid-back, and everything you need for daily life is right nearby.

You can quickly walk to the surrounding neighborhoods and enjoy all the cultural activities they have to offer.

From cooking together every now and then to participating in cultural events, everything is open to you—and the apartment also offers quiet spaces where you can relax.

The apartment has a good layout, and the room is furnished.
