It honestly doesn't get much more central or convenient than this! In unserer WG wohnen insgesamt 4 Personen. Das Zusammenleben im Haus ist total entspannt und chillig. Ein riesiger Vorteil der Wohnung ist, dass es insgesamt zwei Toiletten gibt. Das Badezimmer mit der Badewanne liegt praktischerweise ganz nah an diesem Zimmer.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein schöner Garten hinter dem Haus, in den man super herausschauen kann – die Fenster der Küche und eines WCs sind direkt zum Garten gerichtet. Es gibt zwar eine Spülmaschine in der Küche, die ist aber leider kaputt und muss repariert oder ersetzt werden. Außerdem gibt es einen Airfryer, den ich in der wg lassen werden und du kannst ihn gerne nutzen.
Das Besondere hier: Die Hausverwaltung vermietet die Zimmer in diesem Gebäude und im Haus nebenan ausschließlich an Studierende. Dadurch herrscht im gesamten Umfeld eine super nette, studentische Atmosphäre! A total of 4 people live in our flatshare. The lifestyle here is very relaxed and chill. A huge advantage of the apartment is that we have two toilets in total. The main bathroom with the bathtub is conveniently located right next to this bedroom.
The apartment also includes access to a lovely garden behind the house, which you can look out into—the windows in the kitchen and one of the toilets face directly toward the garden. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, but unfortunately, it is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced. Also, there is an air fryer that I will leave in the flatshare, and you are welcome to use it!
What makes this place special is that the property management rents the rooms in this building and the one next door exclusively to students. Because of this, the entire neighborhood has a great, welcoming student vibe! Für die Zwischenmiete wird eine Kaution von 500 € fällig. Hinzu kommt der einmalige Abschlag von 40 €, da wir erta vor kurzen einen neuen Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine gekauf haben.
