Hello! I am looking for a female tenant to sublet my fully furnished room in a shared apartment for the entire month of January (from 01/01/2027 to 31/01/2027). The room is located on the first floor of the popular O-Kiste building, right in the heart of Bielefeld city center. The apartment features two rooms in total, plus excellent shared spaces: a kitchen, a storage room, a large bathroom, and a common balcony. The total rent is fully inclusive, meaning high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, and all utilities are already included in the price. A €50 security deposit is required, which is completely refundable at the end of the sublet period, provided there is no damage to the room or the furniture. You can reach the bus, tram, and train station (Bielefeld HBF) within a 5-10 minute walk; Aldi and Edeka are right below the apartment.
