Heyloo, I'm Varad, and I'll be renting out my room from October onwards (which exact date in October is flexible) as I'm moving in with my girlfriend. To keep the ratio balanced, as of now we are looking for a woman to join the flat. The flat has 9 rooms with 9 crazy people and is socially quite active. There's a chance you might just find your new best friend(s) here. Common areas include a kitchen (the default hangout place and the soul of the apartment), two toilets, and a bathroom. Costs The cold rent is 298. The nebenkosten of 127 covers electricity, water, heating and other operational costs. Internet+radio tax is 9.6 euros per month. So in total, you'll spend 435 every month. Additional consumable cleaning supplies for the flat are split amonst the 9 of us. In the kitchen you'll find all the utensils, dishes, appliances you'll possibly need. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bed, mattress, an ikea 1x4 kallax, and a storage unit with drawers. The room has two large windows and high rise ceilings that make it bright and spacious. Location Haslerstrasse 27 is a 2-minute walk from the tram (No. 4, 6, 10, 11). It takes 5 minutes to No. 5 and to the S-Bahn Steinbühl 10 minutes. You can walk to the main station in 15 minutes. Rewe, ALDI and various grocery stores from all countries of origin and restaurants are also close to our shared flat. Idk why I typed all that when we all have google maps and it's probably easier to check with it. Flatshare Type We are a colorful, multicultural flat share. Life is pretty relaxed here. Everyone goes about their work during the day and in the evening we like to end the day together. Of course, everyone can also have peace and quiet if he/she/they want, we have a very considerate way of dealing with each other in this regard. We are mostly students and working people in this flat. We all leave at different times of the day so we never had a queue for taking a shower or using the times. We have a cleaning schedule every week, which helps to keep our WG clean. During the week we cook a lot together and philosophize about life. Sometimes we watch films together, go out to bars, or concerts at the weekend. The main language of flat is English, we do speak to some extent German among other languages, but most of the time we use English.
