I've really enjoyed living here and am only moving out as I am relocating.

The landlord's requirements:

- bei Nicht-EU-Bürger: Aufenthaltsgenehmigung
- gegebenenfalls aktuelle Schufaauskunft
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung

A note from me:
- please be aware that the Vermieter will claim Eigenbedarf sometime in the next few years. Please only apply if this is acceptable to you. I will explain more details at the viewing.

My requirements:
- Takeover of the apartment from 16.09
-- The Übergabe will take place on 16.09.
-- The Nachmieter will sign a contract with the Vermieter from 01.10 and the rent for 16.09-30.09 will be paid directly to me.
-- This has been agreed in writing with the Vermieter and will be recorded in the Wohnungsübergabe protocol.
- EBK incl. Bomann KG 322.1 fridge & freezer must be taken over for 700 EUR
- IKEA PAX wardrobe to be taken over for 200 EUR

My preference, but not a must: take over of some/all of the following furniture:
-- IKEA bed frame, 140cm: 100
-- Plissee in the bedroom: 50
-- 2x IKEA Malm bedside tables, black: 40 for both
-- Bedroom and living room rugs: price tbc
-- Coffee table: 20
-- Sofa: 100

-- Round balcony table, 60cm diameter: 30
