The room is part of a **4.5-room apartment of approx. 125 m²** and is quietly located at the end of the apartment, overlooking a **green and peaceful courtyard and the forest**. At approximately **23 m²**, the room is very spacious and offers plenty of room to make yourself at home. It is currently unfurnished but can also be rented partly furnished by arrangement. **The apartment:** * Spacious and charming 4.5-room period apartment * Two balconies: one overlooking the courtyard and the other with views towards the forest * Bright, well-proportioned rooms in a quiet location * Wetlistrasse bus stop is only a **2-minute walk** away * 1 bathroom with (shower, bathtub, 2 lavabos, toilet) * 1 separate toilet **About us:** I am a **38-year-old single mother** working as a curator and director of an art institution in Zurich. I love art, cooking and spending time in nature. I live here with my **10-year-old daughter**, and we are both easy-going and considerate flatmates. Our weekdays tend to start relatively early (around 7am), while on weekends we enjoy taking things a little more slowly and sleep in. We value a relaxed and respectful home where everyone has their own space, while also enjoying the occasional chat or time together in the kitchen. I speak (German, French (family language), English, Italian and Spanish). My daughter and I speak French and German together.
