Hello, I am looking for a roommate (25-35 yo) in my bright apartment of 85 sq in Wiedikon - Badenerstrasse until 1st of October 2026 (the entire building will be renovated afterwards). The flat is located in the center of Zurich, 5' walking from Wiedikon train station and Lochergut tram station. Plenty of of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. The room is big (25 sq), not furnished but the whole flat is already fully furnished. The bathroom, shower and kitchen are new and the flat has its own washing machine. There is also the possibility to take over all the furniture for a discounted price in six months. The rent is 1290fr/month all included except electricity. About me, I am Belgian, 35yo, worked in the Education/Travel industry the last years. I like to enjoy dinner and drinks with my flatmate couple times a week but also value and respect privacy.
