We are Thanmaye, Teodora and Liza and we are searching for a new flatmate from September; (females only). The whole flat is fully furnished.

There is a fully furnished eat-in kitchen including a washing machine, and a DISHWASHER .
We have a fast Internet connection.
The price for the room is 540€ which includes all utilities and the TV tax, except heating. We prefer a stay for at least 6 months, but we can talk in exceptional cases about other options. It is also possible to get a “registration” in case you need an “Anmeldung” at “Bürgeramt”, cause you will rent the room directly from the owner.

The location is amazing cause the Tempelhofer Feld is few steps far away, where you can do sports or have a barbecue with your friends, us . It is very central and near to the U6 and Ring S-Bahn train station Tempelhof (5 min). This train has a direct connection to Friedrichstr, Stadtmitte, Mehringdamm and Gesundbrunnen. In this area are great restaurants and coffeshops. In the backyard of the building is a super nice and very big private garden, where you can picknick, do Yoga, barbecue or read a book.
There are different kinds of delicious and cheap food to find. The Tempelhofer Damm has a plenty of Shops, Supermarkets and Stores.

We are like a little family and get along very well and therefore we are searching for a new family member We also like our house clean that`s why we have a cleaning plan.

The Deposit is = 1200 Euro
