Da meine Partnerin unter der Woche in Basel ist, nutzen wir die Wohnung nur am Wochenende gemeinsam.
Ich freue mich, wenn du unter der Woche unser möbliertes Gästezimmer inklusive einer bequemen Schlafcouch mit Matratzen-Topper beziehst.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig direkt am Schaffhauserplatz, wo es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zugang zum ÖV gibt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 7 Minuten und der Bahnhof Oerlikon 9 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt.
Der Mietpreis ist inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet (LTE).

I am looking for someone to rent my cozy guest room in a centrally located 3.5 room apartment from Monday to Friday.
Since my partner lives in Basel during the week we only use the apartment together on weekends.
During the week you would be staying in my guest room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed with a mattress topper.
The apartment is in a very quiet location, yet right on Schaffhauserplatz, where you'll find all kinds of shops and public transport. The main train station is a 7-minute walk and Oerlikon station is a 9-minute train ride away.
The rent includes utilities and internet (LTE).
