About the location:
25 min to Google, 10 min walk to IBM Center. It is 400m away from Adliswil Railway station. 16min with S-train to Zürich main station (S4 for the moment is under construction till 17.October 2026). 25-35min to ETH and University Zürich. 10 min to Thawil and Kilchberg. 200m on the same street is Denner super market. 400m to other Coop, Migros, and Denner super markets. Post, Bank, are also there within 400m. Café, bakery, Restaurants, Pizzeria are just in the corner within 100m. It is very central. The public transportation is very convenient. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. Swimming pool, tennis place, football place, Cable car in the mountains are also there.
It is a small village with a lot of green on one hand, on the other hand within 10 minutes you are in the city... Really nice

The room is furnished with two windows, a big single bed, mattress (140\*200cm), table, chair, cupboard. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, etc. 3 people share 1 Bathroom, 1 person has his private bathroom. Garden is available. Laundry is in the basement. Parking is possible.
