Zwischen Helmholzplatz und Kulturbrauerei liegt unser Büro in einer schönen Straße im Prenzlauer Berg. Restaurants und Cafés gibt es reichlich in der Nähe.
Unser Ladenbüro im Erdgeschoss hat einen Raum zur Straße und einen Raum zum grünen Hof. Außerdem gibt es einen Besprechungsraum und einen geräumigen Keller. Den Kaffee trinken wir auch gerne in der Sonne direkt vor dem Büro auf dem Bürgersteig. In unserem schönen Altbau mit hohen Decken haben wir auf ca. 142qm Kappendecken und Stuck. Neben der Teeküche mit Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank gibt es auch zwei WCs.
Wir sind 8 Architekten, ein Webberater und eine Online-Händlerin. Ab Oktober 2026 vermieten wir einen Arbeitsplatz mit Tisch, Regal und Stuhl (es kann auch ein eigener Stuhl etc. verwendet werden). In den Kosten von 285 Euro warm zzgl. Mwst. pro Platz ist die Reinigungskraft, Telefon und schnelles Internet enthalten. Bei Interesse vereinbaren wir gerne einen Besichtigungstermin.

Between Helmholzplatz and Kulturbrauerei our office is located in a nice street in Prenzlauer Berg. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Our first floor store office has one room facing the street and one room facing the green courtyard. There is also a meeting room and a spacious basement. We also like to drink our coffee in the sun directly in front of the office on the sidewalk. In our beautiful old building with high ceilings, we have cape ceilings and stucco on about 142sqm. In addition to the kitchenette with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, there are also two toilets.
We are 8 architects, a web consultant and an online-trader. From October 2026 we rent a workstation with table, shelf and chair (you can also use your own chair, etc.). The cost of 285 euros warm plus VAT per place includes the cleaner, telephone and fast internet. If you are interested, we would be happy to arrange a viewing appointment.
