- eine kleinere und günstigere Wohnung (max. 1.100€ warm)
- hell sollte sie sein :)
- Laminat/Dielenboden/Holzboden
- WICHTIG: sehr geräumige oder am liebsten offene Küche Grundsätzlich sind wir für vieles offen und freuen uns über Vorschläge.
